What Our Customers Say
Happy customers, happy memories.
This business is absolutely amazing! I hosted a private event for a birthday, the booking was very straight forward and had such a pleasant phone call with colin to discuss all my queries and questions! Zara was the driver of the van who arrived with a big smile on her face and handed the most delicious icecreams out to everyone! We will definitely be recommending everyone to this business and will be using them in the future! Thank you Surreyices
We booked Surrey Ices for our event, and they were fantastic. The ice cream was a huge hit with guests of all ages—super creamy, full of flavour, and served with a smile. The team arrived on time, set up quickly, and kept everything running smoothly. They added a fun, memorable touch to our day. Highly recommended for events!
The most loveliest person (Zara) offering a wonderful selection of ice creams. I reached out on facebook to find this ice cream van that I always see around, and she responded so quickly and she asked for the name of our road and came in the afternoon. My toddler has been asking to have her ice cream hence I went the extra mile. Zara is so lovely and she's also once waited for my toddler to finish preschool so she can have an ice cream. Honestly mind-blowing customer service. Highly recommend! We have a very happy little girl today!
Absolutely amazing service from the van at Wellesley on Sunday. Mentioned gluten free when asking for an ice cream in a pot instead of a cone. The really friendly guy immediately changed gloves, disinfected and opened a new pack of tubs. Very impressed. The ice cream was delicious, really thick and creamy.
After another hot day over the bank holiday we really fancied an ice cream and we came across Surrey ices and Zara in her van. She was extremely polite and friendly, made us a delicious ice cream and asked if we wanted sauce, napkins or if we needed anything else. They had plenty of selection from ice cream to lollies and drinks. Would definitely recommend to all!!
Absolutely amazing ice cream and wonderful service! I can’t recommend this family-run ice cream van enough! The ice cream is delicious — super creamy, full of flavour, and always served perfectly. You can really taste the quality in every scoop and cone. They have a great selection too, so there’s always something new to try. What makes them stand out even more is the customer service. They’re always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see their customers. You can tell they put their heart into their business, and it creates such a lovely atmosphere. If you’re looking for fantastic ice cream from people who really care about what they do, this is the place to go. Highly recommended! 🍦✨
